trading, how do I?

Hi could one of you guys give me a heads up on how to trade? I'm sure I'm missing something stupid, but I appear to have all the elements necessary.

Ok, I figured out the kindygarten level. NOW. Does anyone here have town on one of the marble islands? I have crystal and wine...but can't build crap. lol

Hey iron, by pure luck I was looking for someone one a marble producing island, and the first town I clicked on was yours (monty burns) LOL! I need marble bad man, and I have crystal to trade. I don't know where my wine producing colony is in relation to you, but "ittakes" is on the island just WNW of you. Let's do trade!

Not sure how much you can store, but I sent you 900 marble to start with. Just let me know if you need more and what your limit is on storage.

I'm finally back, had a great vacation to Moab with me wife. I should have a stockpile of marble by now but I need to upgrade my gov's eventually. What kind of marble are you looking for?

Some Royal White marble, as big as a piece you can send me with no cracks so I can get to work on carving my next statue of me.

I am in need of small amounts so I can start upgrading, like 100 wold be a LOT to me! lol So if you could send 500, hell even 250 would keep me going for days probably... Thanks for any assistance you could offer, and I'm glad you had a great vacay!

Can we work out an exchange, because I could use some on my other city too...surely you must need what I can send from one or the other of my cities? TY TY btw!

I'll send you resources to any city that shares an island with one of my cities. to send resources way out to your other city would take too long for my ships.

My city ittakes is directly across from your island that has stone as its resource... you're on 12, I'm on 11.

Wow thanks...what can you use more, crystal or wine? I'll send some. You're way higher level than I, so tell which you need more and I'll send what I can while upping my hourly.

At this point i think i could use wine more but it is pretty much a tossup. If you have more wine than crystal then send some wine otherwise send some crystal. You don't have to send me anything though.

I'm still waiting for my large Royal White marble Smitty, how am I to carve a statue of me for everyone in my village to bow and gravel infront of if you don't send me the marble.

You sent me 3k pounds of marble in small chunks. I need one large 200ton block with no cracks. If your ships are to small to fit that on then I'll just have to mine the marble myself.

Thats right. If your not up to my standards I'll kick you to the curb. I demand the best from my citizens and I take no less. My new statue will be so grand that if it ever feel it would crush everyone in the village and thats the way it should be if it ever did happen.
Thats what they get for letting my statue fall on them.

If his royal hiney er highness were to deem this peasant worthy, my lowly pittance of an empire (now 3 villages woo hoo) would be willing to use that unacceptable marble that you have 'kicked to the curb'. Understand there then would be no way this rabble could ever build something approaching the beauty and cultural charm of.... oh god I'm making myself sick. lol I just sent a colony to one of the low pop marble islands near 'ittakes', so hopefully I'll be churning out marble soon. In the meantime I have crystal and wine coming out the wazoo, relatively speaking, so can trade that for marble if any of you have a bit available.
